We are proud to welcome Adam Sollitt from the Coaching Association of Canada, who will be leading both multi-sport and sport-specific Learning Facilitator workshops this winter. Adam brings extensive experience supporting coach development across the country and offers a strong national perspective on Learning Facilitator best practices. His work with the CAC has focused on strengthening coach education systems, supporting facilitator growth, and promoting consistency and excellence in delivery.
These workshops are designed to support Learning Facilitators at all stages, whether newly trained or highly experienced, by building confidence, reinforcing effective facilitation strategies, and providing practical tools that can be applied directly in coach education environments. Participants can expect engaging discussions, applied learning, and valuable insights into current and emerging approaches in coach development.
