BNL would like to acknowledge that Margaret “Muggs” Tibbo has been named to
the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador. Muggs has been a lifetime dedicated
volunteer and organizer for people with disabilities. She has mentored athletes in
numerous sports provincially, nationally and internationally.
Most importantly for cycling, Muggs has helped BNL with the development of
paracycling in handcycle and tandem bike programs.
Congratulations Muggs and thank you for your dedication!
