A number of positions on the BNL Board of Directors are available for nomination and election at the 2022 AGM. All members are encouraged to step forward and nominate themselves for any of these roles.
If you are interested in joining the BNL Board, please respond by using the attached form and emailing to [email protected] by no later than March 31, 2022. If more than one nomination is received for any role, a vote will be held at the AGM.

We are also seeking two individuals interested in filling the roles of Regional Representatives for the Central and Western Regions. These are appointed positions with the aim to facilitate communication between the BNL organization and those regions.
In addition, all BNL members are invited to bring forward any proposals for amendments to the current Constitution and Bylaws, (attached for reference), and also make any proposals for resolutions for consideration at the AGM. Any proposals for change to the Constitution and Bylaws or resolutions will be subject to a vote at the AGM. Proposals must be submitted in writing (by email) to [email protected] no later than March 25, 2022.
A reminder that to vote at the AGM, you must be a BNL member in good standing (a current member with no membership fees outstanding for more than 30 days).
